HKT Students to attend in Indianapolis, IN.
The 82nd National FFA Convention
Zaquavia Tyler and Rakesha Seckle were selected to represent HKT FFA chapter at the 82nd National FFA Convention held in Indianapolis, IN. Zaqavia and Rakesha's outstanding performance in class and ambition to achieve goals made these students the perfect choice for the trip.
More than 55,000 FFA members from all over the country are expected to arrive in Indianapolis for the 2009 National FFA Convention. "Lead Out Loud" is this year's convention theme. Activities during the week will include Career show, College Expo, Technology unit tour, NCAA Hall of Champions, FFA Band and Talent Shows and exciting Convention Sessions complete with laser shows and outstanding keynote speakers such as Mike Rowe, host of Dirty Jobs and inspirational speaker, Harvey Austin.
